Weight loss pills. Just the sound of it sounds ridiculous all the time when I hear it on TV. Like someone just stated, you don’t know the side effects that could cause health problems or if they even work. A lot of advertisements with those pills show people claiming they lost weight because of them, but they don’t tell you that those people HAD to work their butts off to get their bodies back. It might say they took those pills over a course of 30 days, but the reality is, they could have interviewed those people months later claiming the pill worked when they just been working out those months to give false advertisement in telling the public that the pill works.
UPDATE: If you friend are taking them, than maybe they are taking the kind that are prescribed. If they are taking the kind ordered off TV, bad idea.

No, they’re good for you. They suppress appetite, stimulate metabolism and boost energy but for the full effect, they must be taken with some exercise because then its just useless. You might want to research the actual tested ones not those half a** advertised ones on TV.
Pills like Proactol, Phen-D, and UniqueHoodia are the best I’ve heard of.

Yes very, and they don’t even work. The advertisement for these flashy and trendy weight loss program dealing with medication and drugs. When your on the weight loss pills your not really losing “fat” which what you WANT to loose, but rather your muscle mass. For one, weight loss pills triggers your body’s ability to take in carbs and that’s bad, because your body needs carbs to do things in your daily life, or energy as it’s simple form. When doing so your body goes into a cannibalistic state where it eat’s itself (muscle) and you become weak and frail not including weary and unappealing. When burning muscle you cause your skin to be saggy and unappealing. I recommend exercising and eating a healthy diet not go on some weight loss pill because in the end the pills are just going to screw you over because you can’t just keep using them. You could overdose and become very hazardous to your healthy. On the other hand, exercise and a well balanced diet will keep you healthy, strong, versatile and better yet ALIVE. Trust me, you will feel a lot better once you do. And even if you don’t have the time to exercise, eat a well balance meal will do the job of burning off some off that unattractive fat right off. 2/3 of losing fat is in the diet. You should eat stuff like
Vegetables, fruits, chicken, fish and nuts. And yes, nut’s is high in fat, but it’s good fat which your body needs unlike the saturated fat in junk food which your body stores for energy which is also very hard to lose.
    I hope this helped!

Pills do work, but you got to do something as well while taking it in. You cannot keep taking in pills while eating like a cow. You will surely see no results. Eating less or cutting down your food intake is one of the methods people use to lose weight. It is very popular for it has present successful results from its users. The reason behind it is the fact that your body is burning more than what you are consuming. In return, the excess fat in your body is diminished. If you’re just starting out on your diet, the best way to successfully cut down your food intake is by tricking your stomach that it’s full. You can do this by drinking lots of water before every meal. This will slowly reduce your eating patterns and in time, you will be used to eating a smaller amount. The good thing about this is the fact that water has the ability to flush out with toxins and wastes that have been building up in your body. With it out of your system, it will be much easier for your body to burn more fat.
