I want to lose 10 pounds in about 6 weeks. I am working out 4-5 times a week (at least 30 minutes of cardio each time). I drink 12 cups of water a day. I eat small meals throughout the day (low carb, high protein) with all the balanced nutrients. However, I am only consuming 1000 calories a day.
I am 5′ 8″ and weigh 129.
I understand eating this much will slow your metabolism. But with the amount of cardio I am doing and the foods I am eating, I don’t think I should worry. Any expert advice?
Note* I know my BMI is pretty much at a healthy number, so I’d appreciate it if no one told me what I already know. Many people will tell you that it’s not so much about the number on the scale but what you look like. Those are my reasons for wanting to lose weight.
