Eat right, exercise. Start slowly, do something like wii fit if its summer where you live. That hulu hoop game is great.
I’m 13 too. WTF. Why are you focusing on the number on the scale. My weight doesn’t really tie into my self worth. Jeez, you’re 13. You shouldn’t be obsessing over it.

There isn’t a healthy way to lose weight without a healthy diet and plenty of exercise. These crash diets focus on losing a lot of weight in a short amount of time, but you actually end up losing muscle. Losing muscle is dangerous because you are left with fat, which doesn’t do too much for you if you have an excess of it.
My advice? Stop being lazy. Get up, move around. Exercise. Eat healthy. Have a lot of fruits, veggies, and lean meat like chicken. Stir fry, grill, bake, or saute your food, don’t fry them. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Park your car far away from the building, thus forcing you to walk more. Don’t sit in front of a tv and veg.
That’s just my advice.
Running, jogging, cycling, swimming, dancing, push ups, sit ups, squats, brisk walking and power walking all help for weight loss but dieting helps more.

I don’t know if you’re male or female, but that does actually make a difference. I’m surprised you didn’t just turn on the television, instead of wasting the energy to type the question, because there are weight loss shows on ALL the time! Anyway, males lose weight easier than females because they have larger muscle mass and higher metabolisms. Either way, you need to eat nutritionally, 6 small meals a day, and get at least 30 minutes of vigorous exercise daily. Take a dinner plate, and make HALF of the plate vegetables, and the other half a small piece of lean meat and maybe some fruit. Basically, you need to burn more calories than you take in. Lifting weights will burn fat, as well as cardio exercises. Alternate the two everyday. Keep this up for as long as you want to keep losing weight, and you will see impressive results. Maintain the weight by doing the same thing for the rest of your life. Losing weight is not easy and takes a commitment to being healthy. Good luck!

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
