How Muh Weight Loss Per Week?

i am 15, 5ft4 and 97lbs if i eat no food just drink water and 2 x cups of tea with sweetner and skimmed milk per day, walk for 1hour, jog for 30 mins and do 100 sit ups and jumping jacks every day how much weight will i lose per week?

    That is a very bad way to lose weight you would be better off to do weight watchers or go on a sensible diet program

    If you hunger yourself your metabolism will decrease meaning a smallest thing will make you fat. And how long can you go without eating? You’d LITERALLY die
    Don’t be stupid.
    If you wanna balance your **** out eat about 1400 calories a day so you won’t damage your metabolism. Exercise for 30-45 minutes is good enough. It’s gonna make your metabolism better. I suggest keeping an online diary to help lose weight (myFitnessPal.com)

    Get help. Now. We can’t help you recover from anorexia, and you shouldn’t ask people to help you kill yourself through starvation. You probably already realise this is extremely unhealthy, but you really need to change your diet around fast. Tell your family or your doctor or a friend- just SOMEBODY so that you can get the help and support you need if you really do have anorexia. Good luck.
