    The key to weight loss is
    water and exercise.
    lots and lots of water.
    also:
    fiber which can be found in salads (most green veggies).
    Bell peppers
    unsalted nuts
    less caffeine
    more rest at night
    don’t eat until your full, eat until your satisfied.
    if you eat until your full your stomach expands and you eat more and more.
    if your craving a sweet or salty snack don’t hold back.
    Eat it. but only enough to get the taste and get the edge off.
    the more you hold back from your weaknesses (like chocolate or icecream) the more your likely to over do it the next time you cave or do decide the eat a bit of of a treat.

    Drink a glass of ice cold water before each meal. It will make you more full. Also when you’re eating you think you’re very hungry, but it takes 20 min to actaully feel full.. so that is why most people eat a lot more then they usually do.

    you should drink water before taking meals.
    Exercise is must.
    Eat healthy food and avoid junk food.
