How Can I Relax And Stop Worrying About Weight Loss?

I want to lose weight, I am 21, 5’8 my measurements are currently 34a-26-38, I want to get back down to 32a-24-35, I was comfortable and happy at this size. I want to be thin and lean, I think that thick is unattractive. I have been working out(1 hour 4x a week of cardio and yoga, no weights because they build bulk). I have been eating the paleo diet and getting about 1500-1800 calories a day(my bmr is 1400). I have been at this for 6 days and I am not seeing results. I am freaking out now, I want to be lean by july 4th. I am really worried and I want can’t stop thinking about it. Should I relax and just enjoy myself or is my concern warranted? Will I see results?

Help When Can I Stop Worrying About My Weight :(?

I’m 16, female, 5″3 and 113lbs (8 stone 1)
Since January, after cutting down on my calories, cutting down on bad food, eating very healthily and exercising more often, I have lost 12lbs :) I still want to lose more weight.. not in pounds necessarily, I just want to noticeably see a thin flat stomach and less wide hips. I feel I’m obssessed with calorie counting and I deny myself any treats unless I HAVE to (family gatherings, make me eat cake) I feel bad if I think I’ve eaten a large portioned meal or if I eat a three sweets whilst my dad demolishes three whole packets. My weight loss is proving slow.. how long until Ill get a flatter stomach? Or how can I stop myself from worrying about eating so much, I literally plan out and weigh every meal and i feel down about it all the time. My friends eat whatever they want and they all = dead slim. Not fair :(

I Want To Ask About Sweating In Typhoid?

I am suffering from typhoid last 18 days.i am now recoveting from it with good appetite and weight loss stopped.i feel hungry at appropriate times.my fever range is in 97-99.5.i want to ask that sometimes when i get up from sleep even if it is an hour nap i found myself sweated with my pillow also wet.its not to a great extent but yes it happens.why is this so?

does it is important to reduce fat to build muscle. Am just sick of doing cardio. My height is 6 1 and my weight is 91 kilo. I dont want to be as a body builder. Shall i lifts weights. My friends are telling that without reducing fat i may be so bulky. Pls tell me is it true to gain muscle i should loss my fat. But i want a correct body like Will Smith. Pls suggest a good advice

I Had A Strange Dream About A Celebrity Last Night?

I’ve been watching this Celebrity weight loss show on TV for the past month or so and had never really given this particular celebrity any thought. At all, I used to watch this one movie she was in growing up a lot but didn’t even realise it was her at first. A few nights ago I randomly dreamt that we fell in love and ended up running away together. It startled me because I’d never thought of her as attractive before. Why did I have this dream and does this mean/symbolise anything?

Ok, I’m SO TIRED of my body. I want to literally cut my damn fat off. I weigh 188. I really don’t look as fat as I sound but I want to lose 70 lbs in 6 months. I want to only eat breakfast. I big one like fruit, milk, eggs, water ya know…. And drink water throughout the day and do 1/30 of Zumba a day. I won’t starve myself and then eat like a beast. That’s how you gain more weight. U slowly eat very healthy and little by little. Plz I need help now. I HATE MYSELF. I want to be pretty for once. I am kinda. I have pretty blonde curly hair…. plz don’t be mean to me I only want support…
