I am going to start the lemonade diet in a couple days. I have all the ingredients that I need. I’ve watched people on youtube talk about it, about how they went through it and what they experienced. I’m not so much doing get for weight loss as I am for the toxin cleanse. I know it’s not for weight loss, and a lot of people say you’ve gained weight back really fast because of the diet, but I’d like to talk to someone who’s done it before because I have a few questions. like I’ve heard people say they had an upset stomach when they tried to eat anything while they were on the diet, even something simple like a salad. and I’m pretty sure when you finish your diet there is a transition before you can start eating again like normally, so I’d like to know how I should start back eating… should I do light meals? if you drink alcohol during the diet will it affect it? I am going to get the lemonade diet book too but I like to know some things from people’s personal experiences. also I’m using organic lemon juice and lime juice instead of the actual lemons and limes as well as cayenne pepper capsules instead of the actual pepper
This is something I think I may need. If anyone would be interested in it, that would be amazing
I’m 16, female and I’m looking to lose weight and i think it would be fun to do it with a partner.
I could use Skype, msn, Facebook, email. Doesn’t matter! If you live in Canada we could text.
We could just motivate each other to workout and help each other get threw cravings and share our goals and what we have earned together.
I really hope someone sees this (:
Thanks in advance!!

My 16 year old daughter has had a sudden weight loss of 17 pounds in 6 months. Her eating habits have not changed, she has been suffering from chronicle stomach pain though. I took her to her to the doctor, who referred her to a gastro dr, he did a colonoscopy and endoscope and found nothing. Labs were done as well. Then she started suffering from chronic migraines, neurologist said she just has clutter headaches. Doctor has dismissed her weight loss as loss of muscle mass because she quit competitive cheer leading, she is now 5 foot tall and weighs 92lbs. Today she was sitting in school and felt dizzy in her seat, next thing he remembers was waking up sweating and she was scared to death. I took her to the ER and they did an EKG and ct scan as well as labs. Nothing! I don’t know who to turn too, but I am seriously concerned. Anyone Wver pass out for no apparent reason? She had eaten, was not dehydrated. She was sitting!!!
Instead of saying that he lost to the better man that night, he makes weight-excuses and lame excuses like that. **** like that makes me sick to my stomach, I hope Salido knocks his *** out earlier but I doubt it. I’m expecting Juanma to win by decision. I don’t like his character but I picked him to beat Salido last time, and I think he can do it this time even tho he failed last time but I hate the freaking excuses. I hope Salido proves me wrong twice.
