A cuple days ago my mom told me i cud get diabetes from eating too much sugar…. and so i looked up the symptoms cuz i hav rly bad anxiety and i started freeking out and it says extreme hunger, unusual thirst, frequent urination, and unusual weight loss…. and idk y but ive been noticing these things the past cuple days and ive lost a pound and i get hungry off and on but its not extreme and im kinda thirstier during the day and i pee 3-4 times a day. So like i sed i hav rly bad anxiety and my friends hav been sick so i mite hav something like wat they had and its warmer outside than it has been and i mite be going through a growth spurt but wat do u think? Do you think I have diabetes?
My mom won’t let me take diet pills (I know she won’t) and I want to lose weight. Can you buy diet pills in a drug store, and do you have to be above or with someone above 18? Also, which ones work the best (I don’t care about the negative health stuff, I only care about the weight loss) Thanks!
hello, i am 5″10′ and weigh 294 pounds, for the past 2 weeks i’ve been eating between 900 and 1200 calories a day. im staying away from the fat to. i usually eat salad with fat free dressing, veggies, fruits and a lean cuisine now and then. im not drinking anything but water. im burning between 500 and 600 calories a day. is this healthy, also will this help me lose a lot of weight if i do this for the rest of the year?
Since August I’ve lost 55 pounds. I was 200 pounds and now I’m around 144-148 pounds (I am 5 foot 7 and 20 years old). I lost weight by eating super healthy and going to the gym a lot. When I was overweight I’d eat when I wasnt hungry and it was emotional eating. I tend to eat little and often and throughout the day I’ll snack on fruit and healthy things to keep me going and it seems to work. Does dieting slow your metabolism. I usually eat between 1300- 1500 cals a day. When I have one or few days of indulgence I tend to pack on the pounds (well most of it waterweight). My mum always said that I lose weight really quickly; when I was big my mum said weight loss was always noticable for me after a few days. Do I sonnd like I have a slow metabolism? How can I speed it up? I try to do resistance training as that is meant to speed up metabolism. I dont buy into stuff like green tea though.
