Well my aunt has been using the HCG drops for 18 days and she has already loss 21 pounds..in my opinion that sounds kinda odd…But I also am tryning to lose a little weight, before my cruise in the summer time, I want to loose around 20 pounds, mainly in my stomach because I have a gut…

Alright, so my friend got a scale like a while ago and we started 2 use it. We r very self conscious about our weight and started weighing ourselves. I was comfortable with my weight and kept doing what I usually did with actually more food. Since then, with my same eating habits and barely any exercise, I keep losing weight. Heres my log.
Weight- 1/27/12-103lbs.
Weight- 2/11/12- 98lbs.
Weight- 2/19/12- 97.4lbs.
Weight- 2/20/12- 96.2lbs.
Is this healthy weight loss?!
Ps. I’m 12 (pleae don’t report me) and 5’0.
Pps. The weirdest thing is that sometimes, this weight just falls off after ive eaten and SLEPT!!!
I’m trying to lose some weight. I’m currently 141 lbs at 5’2″ and my measurements are 38C-29-39. I went from 153 lbs to 141 in a little over a month by eating healthy and exercising about 50 minutes a day. I have a lot of muscle mass, especially in my legs and I can wear a size 8-10 in some brands, but my old size 10 and my old size 8 pants don’t fit anymore. Last time I could wear them was when I was about 125 – 130 lbs. Then my measurements were 36C-27-38. I am naturally pretty curvy, and I have pretty thick legs and wide hips.
What do you think sounds like a healthy weight loss goal for me? Some of my friends say I should aim for 99 lbs, my mom says I shouldn’t aim for anything lower than 114 because last time I was below that I didn’t have my period (I ended up losing a lot of weight and got down to 86 lbs and I didn’t get my period back until I was over 114 lbs) but I was thinking about going for 105 – 110.
What do you guys think?
I’m gonna start going to the gym tomorrow and I need to do 30 minutes of weight training I just need help with working on what parts of the body for each day 5 days outta the week so i can switch it up. Also I want some weight loss tips cuz I need to lose.26lbs by may
I’ve gone on a balanced diet. I walk a lot, and i think that’s how I’m burning the calories. I’m so glad, but i was wondering if this is healthy? I’m seeing a nutritionist so health wise I’m fine. And also, is there a way to tone up as I lose the weight? I’m 5’1″ and I know weigh 151 lbs.
