hey, im going on vacation in 8 days…and ill be at a waterpark well im not THAT big but i do need to lose a little off my waist and legs…heres the thing im LAZY and do have alot going on at the moment…i could change my eating but i eat healthy…i did buy some mega green tea weight loss pills though but could i get some help? How Much Weight Did You Lose On The Master Cleanse (lemonade/maple Syrup Diet)?

Hi I am starting the master cleanse on Monday, would just like to know how much weight people have lost of it, any experiences and tips?
I do not want people to tell me not to do it am doing it anyway, I have read that I will put all weight I lose back on. I am not doing it for weight loss that is just a big bonus I am doing it to detoxify my body as I wish to turn vegan.

Why Can’t I Lose Weight?

I need help. I really want to lose weight and feel good. I dont know what my problem is, and nothing seems to help. Weight watchers didnt do anything even though i ate 10 points less then i had everyday. I stopped that. So i took matters into my own hands. Im 16 and a boy and its hard to keep healthy in school when there is only so much you can take. On a day to day basis this is what i eat. Before i get on the bus i ear one peace of whole wheat toast with natural honey. About an hour later i eat a few dates and some nuts. An hour after that i eat an apple. and hour after that i eat a sandwhich with two pieces of whole wheat bread. Inside is either low fat cream cheese or tuna salad with little mayo, or turkey and little honey mustard. 2 house after that i have another apple. I get home and have a nice meal that is not fattening and contains no carbs. Dinner i eat some carbs but then again never anything bad like chinese food, or fast food. I also use to run on the treadmill 5 days a week for 30 min. I kept up running 5 days a week for about a month. I barley lost weight. Meanwhile my friend who is just like me, doesnt exercise and eats healthy like me and lost 20 lbs in 8 weeks. What the hell. Im flipping over this and its starting to piss me off. How the hell do i lose weight/why havnt i had any significant signs of weight loss. Its killing me. Please please help me with like a work out schedule or like a food schedule.

Is It Normal To Lose Weight On Your Calves And Legs First?

I have had a reduced appetite over the past few weeks due to toothache and dentist phobia. I have also had to cut out most sweet things.
I have noticed there is a little bit of weight loss on my calves and a tiny bit my upper legs but not anywhere else. Just wondered, can this be normal?

Is It Possible To Lose 5 Kg In 3 Weeks?

i weigh 73ish kg (used to be 76 a few weeks ago through healthy eating and moving), 168 cm. once im down to 70 i want to loss another 5 kg , but only will have 3 weeks to do it. i don’t care about if its unhealthy but will eating 800 calories a day plus an hour or so exercise ( gym or swimming) help? plus lots of water, and of course the food will be spread out during the day into small meals ( 5-6). i would continue doing what im doing now which is how i lost the 3 but that took a while and the weight loss will slow down even more sooner.

ok im 5’6 and weigh 130… i was 145 well like 150 or something and i dropped to 130 in like a few months… like maybe 2.. well i was bulimic and my bf told me to stop and i tried and couldnt… so then i stopped eating and became obsessive about weight loss and weight gain… he says im anorexic but i dont think iam.. i do eat but never over 50 calories a day.. i might have 150 calories a wekk, if that and yes i know what im doing is stupid and i know the risks but i dont look like ive lost weight… my clothes fit so so different but yeah but what exercises are the best to lose belly and thy fat?? i want to drop to 120 but the id be happy with 110 or 115… im seeking a way to drop atleast 20lbs in a week and then tone up once i reach my goal weight.. thanks and i know this is stupid and i have a problem yess so plz dont judge also plz do not try….
