I need help. I really want to lose weight and feel good. I dont know what my problem is, and nothing seems to help. Weight watchers didnt do anything even though i ate 10 points less then i had everyday. I stopped that. So i took matters into my own hands. Im 16 and a boy and its hard to keep healthy in school when there is only so much you can take. On a day to day basis this is what i eat. Before i get on the bus i ear one peace of whole wheat toast with natural honey. About an hour later i eat a few dates and some nuts. An hour after that i eat an apple. and hour after that i eat a sandwhich with two pieces of whole wheat bread. Inside is either low fat cream cheese or tuna salad with little mayo, or turkey and little honey mustard. 2 house after that i have another apple. I get home and have a nice meal that is not fattening and contains no carbs. Dinner i eat some carbs but then again never anything bad like chinese food, or fast food. I also use to run on the treadmill 5 days a week for 30 min. I kept up running 5 days a week for about a month. I barley lost weight. Meanwhile my friend who is just like me, doesnt exercise and eats healthy like me and lost 20 lbs in 8 weeks. What the hell. Im flipping over this and its starting to piss me off. How the hell do i lose weight/why havnt i had any significant signs of weight loss. Its killing me. Please please help me with like a work out schedule or like a food schedule.
