My Boyfriend Keeps Losing Weight.. Please Help?

My boyfriend has lost 4 stone over 5 months and I am very worried about him.. he is now 7 and a half stone and he was quite plump and big before but now he’s just skin and bones his hips stick out his spine sticks out his rib cage and colar bone stick out.. everything is boney.. his legs have become much thinner aswell as his arms and he keeps hurting himself now because he is so boney so he keeps banging his hips on the side by accident and it really hurts him and he’s become very ill because of this weight loss he has no energy he’s going to bed at a very early time usually now he goes to bed at 8:00pm he has had 6 blood tests and we have had the results back and theres nothing wrong with him so the doctor thinks that he has an eating disorder but he wouldnt do that.. he trys to eat meals but sometimes cant on some days he can eat quite alot and others he cant eat anything all day and he trys to eat he’s not doing this on purpose.. can anyone please help it’s got to the point where I think he should be taken it hospital but if you know anything or something like this has happened to you or someone you know then please let me know and please let me now how to stop his weight loss and get him to gain the weight he use to have please.. I beg you if you know.. or think you know it would help alot it would be muchly appreciated..

Losing Belly Fat—is There A Connection To Lactose Allergy?

I recently started a new job that keeps me very busy, but I love it. I’ve been too busy to grocery shop, so my husband has taken over much of it. We got low on dairy products a few weeks ago, and without meaning to, I went off cheese, milk, and even yogurt. I noticed that the roll of belly fat I’ve had since my second son was born (he’s now 22, I’m ashamed to admit) has gone from being hard to soft & pliable, and it has begun to shrink in size. I eat a healthy diet but am wondering if perhaps I have an allergy to dairy that has been undiscovered until now. I fel better, am noticeably slimmer in the waist, and many of my pants are too large for me. As in, I’m able to take them off without unbuttoning or unzipping. I feel much better, too…same amount of sleep but more energy.
I’d like to hear from someone who is knowledgeable about nutrition and weight loss. Thanks!

Great Support Sites For Losing Weight? Lose 30 Lbs By Next Year!?

A little about me:
17 year old female
5’10.5″
154.5lbs
My highest weight was 185lbs two years ago and I wholeheartedly desire to model by the time I’m 18 (In about 10 months).
At first I did not lose the weight healthily (I lost my first 15lbs through an ED) and now I’m taking a weightloss pill that has helped me drop the last five over a course of 3 weeks.
I DO NOT WANT TO TAKE THESE ANYMORE, I’m sick 24/7, but they make the weight loss go faster.
I fear the weight will come back as soon as I stop taking the pills…
Are there any great community support sites that are very interactive for those who are trying to lose weight?

Will I Have Loose Skin After Losing Weight?

I want to lose a decent amount of weight (40-50 lb. I’m about 200 now) , but I’m kind of scared I’ll have loose skin hanging after the weight is gone.
I’ll be using:
Food Lovers Fat Loss
Insanity
Hip Hop Abs
2 Pilates Workouts
And A 3-4 Mile Walk
Do you think I’ll have loose sagging skin afterwards?

Stopped Losing Weight? :(?

I’ve been eating around 1000 calories a day and exercising consistently for about 3 months and have lost about 25lbs. I thought i was doing great! I eat 5 small meals a day. All natural foods (no added sugar, corn syrup, etc) and low carb. I haven’t changed anything and I stopped losing weight and now I’m actually gaining weight. I’ve looked everywhere for advice, but I am at a loss.
I follow the Slim in 6 program from Team Beach Body if that helps.

Is My Plan On Losing 15lbs Realistic, And Will It Work?

I’m 19, 5’6″ and 115lbs, size 2. I want to get down to 100lbs so I can fit into a size 00. If I eat 1,000 calories a day and exercise like I normally do (I’m a marathon competitor, I try to train for at least 3 hours a day, but the fact that I’m also a full time student gets into the way of me working out more), would I able able to reach my goal in 2 months?
I currently eat about 2,500 to 3,000 calories a day. I imagine if I drop the amount I consume so drastically to 1,000, then it would help facilitate my weight loss even more,right?
And for maintenance, I plan on eating 1,000 calories a day even after I’ve lost the weight.

Why Am I Randomly Gaining And Losing Weight?

Every few hours i feel either much heavier or lighter and look it too. the other day i kept track of my weight loss and gain on the scale. I gained 20 pounds every 2 hours and lost 30 every 3 hours. what is going on?

I Can’t Tell I’m Losing Any Weight?

I’ve been dieting this whole month drinking nothing but water going to the gym 5 days a week three days a week i am doing intense aerobics exercises and the other two weight training i also do an abb routine everyday. i have lost 12 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks. i can not see a difference in my appearance or on how my clothes fit. the scale is showing the weight loss why can’t i tell im losing the weight? how long will it take for me to notice?
