How To Lose 10-12kg In 2 Months?

I’m hovering around 100kg and can’t seem to shake my weight.
For the past 6 weeks or so I’ve changed my diet and introduced an exercise regime. I eat only fruit for breakfast, a regular meal at lunchtime (usually fried rice, I live in Thailand) and in the evening, after I exercise, I’ll eat 3 microwaved eggs with a whole a bunch of vegetables thrown in. I also exclusively drink water. On weekends I do have a couple of beers, but never more than 2 bottles large of beer, which I don’t think is excessive and pretty sure this shouldn’t be crippling my weight loss.
As for my exercise regime, I run around 4km or more at around 9km/h, depending on how I feel, then walk up hill for 1km, and then walk/cool down for another 1km. So that’s around 6km in total. I also do a couple of laps of the pool after running and walking too and currently don’t do any weights.
I would’ve thought my calorie intake and exercise regime would be good enough to contribute to some pretty good weight loss, but it doesn’t seem to be happening, and pretty, damn frustrating.
I’m currently 100kg, 180cm tall and 30 years old.
Can anyone help?? I feel like I’m working hard for nothing :(

my coach is making me to do some heavy workouts and i am scared that my growth will stop i am exactly 5 inches in height i want to increase my height does it really stop and affect the growth he is making me to do more weight lifting with a weights of 5-15kgs

I Have Lost 20 Pounds In 2 Months! What Else Can I Do?

So here is a brief story about my weight. Ever since I was in 2nd grade, I have always been pretty chubby. I’ve always been active and played soccer, I never reached the point of obesity (maybe a little), but I’ve always been overweight. When I was 16 years old (5’7″) I weighed in at 205, my max. I have always been pretty active but when I was 15/16, I started playing a TON of xbox and not going outside as much. I put on some weight after already being overweight. I started getting more active but I didn’t change my diet much for a whole year. At 17 years old I weighed roughly 193. At 18 I had grown an inch taller but I was still around 193. Back in January I decided to make a new years resolution like everyone does but I only lost 5 pounds before I gave up. I tried again early February and here I am now at 168 pounds. I feel so good! I want to get down to 160 or even 155, and then I want to gain some muscle weight. Any tips for building muscle? Should I ditch my gym membership and buy P90X? Any advice will be much appreciated!
By the way, I am eating much healthier now. I have totally changed how I eat. My biggest problem was fast food (taco bell is the biggest culprit) and eating junk food after school. I would eat an unnecessary 500-700 calorie snack after school, most of which was processed junk food! Now I might have an orange or an apple after school and a small cheese stick. My daily calorie intake was around 1600 during that big 20 something pound loss but my doctor recommended that I slow down now that I am in the healthy weight range and he wants me eating around 1900 a day. He says I will still be losing 1-2 pounds per week with exercise. I was previously losing 3-4 per week.
Currently stats: 18 year old male, 5 feet 8″, 168 pounds.

I Go Gym About 5 Months But Still No Weight Loss?

I go 2 days a week for about 5 months(body building).
I really work hard when I go, and I don’t eat much like I eat dinner only salad. I really don’t know what is wrong with me I have lost 2 size but NO and again NO weight :( ((
I am a 19 year old girl I weight right now 68kg and my height is 169cm.
my best friend eats a lot more then me then she weights about 54 kg ,,
I am just getting crazy why can’t I lose weight:(((
I just can’t look at myself in the mirror, I hate my body.I just feel insecure in college about my weight.I am Friend with a group that their all so skinny and when I hang with them I feel I am like a whale between some small fishes:((((
even when sometimes I am going out again because my weight I can’t:((((,,,even I have no bf and I am trying to lose weight but 5 month body building nothing happened I am the same whale I use to be :0
What can I do I want to feel good, like others, I really study hard, and I get hungry, and I try to eat something small, and healthy,,,my studies are good, and somehow I can’t let go of all my life just to get slim, but how can I lose like 6 kg in 2 months

Weight Loss After 6 Months Of Breastfeeding?

I gained wayyyyyy too much weight during my pregnancy..lol fortunately I lost all of it over the past 6 and a half months( about 85 pounds). I am breastfeeding and at first it was so hard to lose any weight. I t was pretty much a struggle the whole time..I was never one of those lucky women who was able to eat everything and not exercise and lose the pregnancy weight. I watched everything I ate as well as exercised about 6 days a week. Now my daughter is almost 7 months and I am still breastfeeding. Over the holidays I didn’t count my calories, like at all, I ate EVERYTHING in sight haha and didn’t really exercise much. When I finally weighed myself this week I didn’t gain anything! I was sure i would have gained like 5 pounds..What I’m asking is..did any of you notice a higher metabolism after the 6 month mark of breastfeeding? Did u lose weight easier?

Is It Reasonable To Lose 30 Pounds In 5 Months?

I’m 138 lbs right now (and 5’2) I’m a female. If I jog/walk everyday and eat around 1200 calories a day, is it reasonable to expect that kind of weight loss in a 5 month period?
