My mom won’t let me take diet pills (I know she won’t) and I want to lose weight. Can you buy diet pills in a drug store, and do you have to be above or with someone above 18? Also, which ones work the best (I don’t care about the negative health stuff, I only care about the weight loss) Thanks!

FIRST OFF: Don’t tell me weight loss pills are a scam and I don’t need them. That is not what I’m asking. Not all weight loss pills are scams. I’ve been taking Zantex 3 Fat burner for about six months I guess, and I lost 50 pounds. When I started them I wasn’t doing a thing, no diet or exercise at all, so I know they work. I feel like I’m at a standstill with my weight and am looking for a new one. I do not want an appetite suppressant. I want a fat burning/weight loss supplement. The reason I do not want to take appetite suppressants is because I have a rare illness and I have to eat certain things frequently so those would just be a waste of my money. First hand experience would be great, or tell me what NOT to take. Something made special for women would be great.
If you don’t have the answer please don’t waste my time telling me your opinions on diet pills, thank you.

What happens if I take a couple pills i don’t need? I took a miodol which is for cramps, two headache pills, and a weight loss pill on an empty stomach. Am i going to get sick or what?
