14 Years Old I Weigh 87.7 Kilos How Can I Trim Of Some Pounds Easily?

I weigh roughly 87kg and i wanted to know how i could shave off some Kilos easily so that me and my dad could go do more outdoor activities and maybe so i could ask a girl out, also take note that i don’t want to use any product to enhance weight loss, all suggestions will be taken into account and considered (unless it is completely stupid).

How much weight can you lose by smoking meth? looking to lose 40 pounds?
i know someone who started smoking meth about 3 months ago and has already lost almost 40 pounds and she is super skinny. i’m jealous. i want to get treally skinny too. i’m 5’3 and 124lbs and i want to get to 80lbs. i dont care about the consequences….plus she’s not addicted and is still pretty as hell…..so yea could i lose 40lbs if i start smoking it? or does the weight loss vary?

I’m 6’1 And 160 Pounds, Should I Lose More Weight?

I’m 6’1 in height, and weigh 160 pounds as of recently, and I used to be 154 around Christmas time. Should I lose my weight to go back to that, or should I not worry about it? People tell me that I’m already thin, but I think my pants’ waistbands are starting to feel somewhat on the tight side, so that’s why I’m considering some weight loss.

I Have Lost 20 Pounds In 2 Months! What Else Can I Do?

So here is a brief story about my weight. Ever since I was in 2nd grade, I have always been pretty chubby. I’ve always been active and played soccer, I never reached the point of obesity (maybe a little), but I’ve always been overweight. When I was 16 years old (5’7″) I weighed in at 205, my max. I have always been pretty active but when I was 15/16, I started playing a TON of xbox and not going outside as much. I put on some weight after already being overweight. I started getting more active but I didn’t change my diet much for a whole year. At 17 years old I weighed roughly 193. At 18 I had grown an inch taller but I was still around 193. Back in January I decided to make a new years resolution like everyone does but I only lost 5 pounds before I gave up. I tried again early February and here I am now at 168 pounds. I feel so good! I want to get down to 160 or even 155, and then I want to gain some muscle weight. Any tips for building muscle? Should I ditch my gym membership and buy P90X? Any advice will be much appreciated!
By the way, I am eating much healthier now. I have totally changed how I eat. My biggest problem was fast food (taco bell is the biggest culprit) and eating junk food after school. I would eat an unnecessary 500-700 calorie snack after school, most of which was processed junk food! Now I might have an orange or an apple after school and a small cheese stick. My daily calorie intake was around 1600 during that big 20 something pound loss but my doctor recommended that I slow down now that I am in the healthy weight range and he wants me eating around 1900 a day. He says I will still be losing 1-2 pounds per week with exercise. I was previously losing 3-4 per week.
Currently stats: 18 year old male, 5 feet 8″, 168 pounds.

I’m planning to lose some weight in 2 weeks..
Here’s what I’m planning to do
1) eat vegetables, fruits, and fish only
2) NO eating of MEAT (pork, chicken and beef..)
3) Exercise everyday (mon-sat)
4) sauna
5) drink wheatgrass and coconut water because it promotes weight loss too
6) Consume LOADS of water

Could Somebody Evaluate My Weight Loss Plan To Lose 25 Pounds By May 3rd, Please?

Recently, I checked the scale and I weigh 138 lbs. Is that normal for a 15 year old who’s 5” ft 6? Unfortunately, I need to weigh 115 lbs. to be able to participate in a swimming competition in the beginning of June. And I need to maintain that weight over the summer, and the rest of the year. Why, I don’t know. My coach is just crazy like that.
My coach says I’ve become lazy, but I think it’s from all the muscle gain I’ve gotten in the past 4 months. Anyway, I set up this weight loss plan, and I was wondering if it’s good enough?
Here it is:
-Drink water only. No sugary drinks, caffeine, milk, cofee, juice, etc. (Anybody have any suggestions for good stuff besides water?) I heard this helps weight loss time itselffaster.
-Keep a good balanced diet.
-Walk around the neighborhood twice a day. Jog when I can.(That’s about a mile and a half.)
-Do the Insanity workout every Wend. when it’s offered in P.E.
-Do 50 sit ups, and 15 crunch ups a day. Along with multiple leg ups, toe touch’s, and other cardiovascular & aerobic exercises I can think of later. (Anybody have any suggestions?)
-As soon as the pool opens I’m going to swim laps for a good 45 minutes, then when I can add any extra laps, if possible.
-Get good sleeping hours. (This is going to be hard.)
And that’s about it. Is that good enough to lose 25 lbs.? Or do I need to more to lose this extra fat? Please answer as soon as you can! I really need to lose that weight.

I’m 13 And I’m 133 Pounds, And At My School That’s Considered Fat, So I Want To Loose Some Weight!?

I’m 13, I’m 133 pounds at at my school, that is considered fat, I really want to get towards the 100 mark, but being 13, there’s not much I can do with ought my family knowing, I have dogs that I can walk, but I’m very busy as I go to school for 8 and leave school at 6, but I do a swimming club every Thursday, but it’s mainly a couple of length then we mess around, but any really good weight loss tips please?
I want to aim towards 100 pounds in the next 4 months.
And does the glass of water when I wake up or before I eat actually work to make me less hungry? Thank you!! Xx

I believe your are overweight Im 5’11 n im a guy and I weight 165 and too loose weight join a sport n eat healthy or just eat healthy n run or excersice simple as that im a school athlete and excersice to stay in shape and feel great
