Diet Plan Needed? And Body Type Questions?

I’m looking for a vegetarian, high-fiber diet to help with my severe constipation (I believe at this point it has been 4+ days since my last bowel movement). I’m 15 (12 days from 16), 5’4 and 3/4 inches, and 115.5 pounds. I’m not looking for a weight loss diet, just a diet to make it so I don’t have to live on laxatives. A few important things for this diet: I exercise 6 days a week for an hour each day (burn anywhere from 300-500 calories), no eggs or beans, relatively low fat and sugar intake, and something that will keep me healthy as far as weight and my cycle (I’m female, and lost it for about 2.5 months but not sure why).
I also was wondering what you would characterize my body type as. I have the following measurements:
Forearm: 10 inches
Chest: 32C
Waist: 23.5-24
Hips: 32.5-33
Thighs: 17 (left) – 18 (right)
Calves: 12.5-13

What would you characterize my body type as? (Ectomorph, Mesomorph, Endomorph, Ecto-Mesomorph, or Endo-Mesomorph). What brand bathing suit would be best for my figure [having trouble finding a brand that fits, especially since my chest is wide (not the band size, my actual breasts)]?

Weight Loss Questions? Please Help!?

I have some questions about losing weight. All I ever see online about working out is stupid yoga or stretching and things like that. I am more into the weight lifting and cardio things. The only problem I have with this is the only time I can do this stuff is in the morning at like 5, and I am always super tired and not motivated at all to workout. How can I become more motivated? I have come to hate working out because I always am tired and I don’t work hard so I am not seeing results. Please help! I reallyyyy need to lose like 50 lbs by the end of the summer and I wont be able to without being motivated to work out.

Major Questions Here Involving Weight Loss / Loose Skin Please Help?

I am 34 years old and need to lose 120 pounds. I am doing it using slimfast. I KNOW I KNOW u all are gonna be all up on me about this, but im using slimfast , there is just no changing my mind about that. Shake in the morning and one at noon. Here is a question: what snacks should i add to the diet and what is a good basic meal plan for my supper? I want to be healthy. Another question: I am so afraid of loose skin, what can i do to prevent or minimalize this? Would collegan pills help? One more question: I am 5 foot 3 and weigh 235 lb and need to be 115 lb. Is 1200 calories a day ok? I will be exercising maybe 30 min. a day power walking.

Weight Loss, Belly Fat, Cortisol And A Few General Questions?

Alright, so here’s a little back ground info first. I’m 16 (almost 17) I’ve been obese for most of my life and decided to change that starting the end of last June. I’m 5’11″ roughly and weighed about 185lbs at the end of June, now I weigh about 160lbs. To do this I’ve joined both my schools wrestling team and swim team. I have a few questions:
1. Is there anyway to accurately measure how much fat you lose? Not weight, right now I want completely focus on fat lose instead of general weight loss and am a very progress minded person, so it’ll be difficult to stick to my goal (150lbs) without being able to see how much fat I lose in a week.
2. Is belly fat the last to go? Now losing 25lbs I’ve noticed that I’ve gotten a lot smaller in general even in my midsection but now the weight loss has kind of hit a stand still. It seems like I still have like only 4 or 5lbs on my mid section that’s preventing me from having a flat midsection or a six pack but it also seems like these 4 or 5 lbs aren’t leaving. Especially from my belly button down, it’s like there’s just a pound in that section specifically that never is gonna leave.
3. Is cortisol fact or fiction? Cortisol is said to promote fat gain in the belly area, is this true, and is there any tips you could give me about reducing cortisol through certain foods or maybe exercises. I heard it’s linked to stress but honestly reducing stress in my life isn’t exactly and option. I have a high stress life, much more so then a normal teenage boy for several reasons I”d rather not go into (it’d take to long).

Master Cleanse Questions, Help?

I need to know how much you lost. Please only answer if you’ve done more than 5 days. Also, don’t tell me that it’s not a good way of losing weight. I obviously don’t plan on doing the cleanse for the rest of my life, but I want to kick start my weight loss with a cleanse and then slowly progress to eating more of a vegetarian diet that I used to do.

Anorexia Recovery Questions! Please Help!?

Just some background information about me: I’m 15 years old and a girl :P
Before dieting: 5’4 feet, 108-110 pounds
Lowest weight: 5’5 feet, 89 pounds
Current weight: 99 pounds
I need to gain 6 more pounds since I want to weigh 48kgs as I’m around 44-45kgs right now. I’m not “scared” of food but I was VERY strict on what I consumed during my lowest weight. I eat between 1500-2000 calories now but don’t gain much weight as I play a lot of sports. My hair’s still falling out a lot and my periods stopped 1.5 years ago (when I went below 103 pounds). So I REALLY want my periods back. I used to have VERY thick, long hair, but now it’s quite thin and short :( All results from my blood test earlier in the year were perfect apart from the hormones (hence the loss of periods). I really want to gain the weight back. My questions are: How much will I have to weigh to get my periods back? Will my hair grow back thickly after I get my periods back/after I reach 48kgs? Will I look chubby if I gain weight from 45kgs to 48kgs? Will it make a difference? AND is it ok if I eat a little bit of junk food (chocolate/cake) everyday? I play sports regularly so I’m quite active! AND AND how many calories will I need to gain weight while playing sports?
PLEASE HELP. It’s very serious! I want to get my hair and periods back SO badly! I want to do it for myself and my family!
