Need Help With An Excel Formula?

Please fix thess excel formulas:
=IF((E7>0) AND (B7< or = (TODAY)), (E7*10), (0))
=IF((E7<0) AND (B7< or = (TODAY)), (E7*(-20), (0))
I have a chart with weight loss informatin in it. B = Weigh in date, E = Amount of weight lost(rounded to the nearest tenth). This formula is for row F = $1 per thenth of a pound lost and row G = $2 per tenth of a pound gained.

Help! With Weight Loss And Height?

so im 5’6 and 72kg… im 15 years old and turning 16 in a few months… so i bet you can imagine me now.. short and fat… i have A LOT of stomach fat and chest fat i wana get rid of. i could start working out but wont that stun my growth? ive heard from a lot of people that once you start working out for muscle your height stops growing… should i jog/run everyday.? how long should i jog and how long will it take to get around 60-62kg by the way my mom is 5’5 and dad 5’7
also can fat be converted to muscle or do i have to first lose fat and then built muscle..
I WANA LOSE WEIGHT AND GROW HEIGHT!!!

Where Can You Buy Diet Pills, And Do You Have To Be Over 18 Or With An Adult?

My mom won’t let me take diet pills (I know she won’t) and I want to lose weight. Can you buy diet pills in a drug store, and do you have to be above or with someone above 18? Also, which ones work the best (I don’t care about the negative health stuff, I only care about the weight loss) Thanks! :)

Whats Wrong With My Weight Loss?

So about 3 days ago i was 173.3 and now im 174.4 and ive been eating around the same calories, 1,100-1,200 depending on how hard i work at practice, after practice i come home and run for a little, walk, sometimes bike and dance then end it with some basketball. I dont understand why i cant get out of the 70′s in about a week n a half i lost 7 lbs but i cant seem to shake the 70′s
My meal:
B: oatmeal n strawberry
L:sandwhich n apple
D: vegis and chicken
Snacks: banana tangerine grapes granola or wheat thins. ( pick 2)
I usually end up @around 1,100 calories and i burn around 800-1000 a day
Considering i still go to school i walk ALOT

Help With Pcos Hair Loss..?

I’m 18, and I was just diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome four or five months ago. I was having symptoms like hair loss, weight gain, and sleep disturbances. My doctor put me on Reclipsen birth control pills and Metformin, and I’ve been taking those for about two and a half months. The medicine has helped me finally be able to lose weight, but for some reason I’m still losing more hair than I should be. I’m really worried because it just keeps getting thinner and thinner and it’s not growing back. I’ve tried using special products for hair regrowth, but they don’t work. Also, the Metformin makes my blood sugar crash sometimes and I crave sugar and eat more of it than I used to. I’ve read that eating too much sugar can make hair loss worse, but if I don’t eat it, I get horrible headaches and I could probably even faint. What can I do to fix my problem?

Recently Diagnosed With Type 2….?

have a few questions so hopefully I can get some good advice..
I have changed my diet significantly I eat 100% whole grain bread, pasta, crackers, I drink nothing but water and skim milk; I’ve changed my meat to lean 96%, chicken breasts, turkey bacon and meat, and I eat cheese sometimes and egg whites. I have been exercising for over 1 month now going to the gym at least 3 to 4 days a week for over an 1hour, but I haven’t lost any weight since the 30 pounds I lost when I was diagnosed with diabetes. I have been taken metformin with B12 supplement, and I was told that metformin actually causes weight loss. I guess I should be happy I haven’t gained any weight, but what am I doing wrong. I check my sugar levels all the time and they are always below 140, especially after I eat. I have the belly fat that I am trying to get rid of, but most importantly I’m trying to loose weight so I can stop taking medicine for my diabetes. Can anyone help me with my diet or tell me what I am doing wrong. Yes, I was supposed to go to some class on diabetes to teach me about what I should be eating, but my work schedule has been hectic so I haven’t had a chance to go..PLEASE HELP!!!
