I want to know how much weight I can lose by April 22nd (my 20th birthday). I’ve been doing the following since last week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday I work out for 45 minutes and Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday I work out for 45 minutes in the day and 30 in the evening. I eat around 1200 calories and consume a ton of water. I’m 15 lbs overweight and hoping to lose 25-30 by late April.

Make sure you set yourself a weight you are happy with, for example i’m happy with my self between 54-60kg,
Make sure you set yourself a goal of variations, because otherwise you will get to your goal weight and want to be skinnier

Consume 25 grams of fiber per day (Fiber One cereal in the morning with nonfat milk, mix 2 tbsp wheat bran into your cooking which is a tasteless product for your other two meals) and cut out all sugar, dairy, and everything else that you don’t need. Eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits and broths . Drink 3 tall glasses of water per day minimum (a half glass is 8 oz) 15 mins after eating. You should pass most of the food through your system daily which will melt the pounds off when added to plenty of vigorous exercise.
You can definitely do it by April, if not before then, but you have to stick to it.
