i started weight watchers yesterday i am 5 foot 8 and weigh 12 stone 5 and was given daily points of 29 and target weight of 11 stone 11 on 5% loss and 11 stone 3 on a 10% loss, im just a bit confused how to work out some things as not a lot in the book they give you…… also what things are filling and not too high in points as i need ideas thanks
